Are you interested in learning more about the wet plate process from a practitioners perspective? Thinking about a unique workshop to further your analogue photography skillset?

At our studio, located in Fishtown, Philadelphia, we periodically offer group or individual workshops and classes in the wet plate collodion process. We will walk students through making an image, from pouring the chemistry, using the camera, lighting, preparing your glass or tin, posing, and developing your image. Materials such as chemistry, glass, tin, and cameras are provided.

We offer different class structures depending on the interest and skillsets of participating students, such as a 1 to 2 day, large format workshop, vs. an afternoon class using Holga cameras to make the tintypes.
